I’m Corbin Barry, a Dentist and the Founder of ‘barry‘.

Having worked countless jobs growing up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and during my time at Dental School, I know the pain of showing up to a new job and being faced with so many unknowns – including what kind of manager you’ll have, how to navigate the environment, or how each dentist works differently.

Now the owner of a dental practice myself, I see so much opportunity to reinvent the temp staffing process and create a system that removes unnecessary barriers and makes sure that you feel empowered to do your best work.

My mission is that through barry, you will be shown that you are an important part of the team, regardless of whether you’re for one shift or have a more regular schedule.

FAQs

You'll need to have dental assistant certification or equivalent to sign up to barry - for example, a Cert III or Cert IV in Dental Assisting from TAFE, or equivalent. We also accept international dentists and assistants as well as those with years of experience.
There is no cost to sign up to barry as a temporary dental staff member.

Feedback and reviews are very important to us to make sure that all practices and staff are kept accountable and treat each other with the utmost respect. If you do have an issue, we have various ways to reach us to discuss your feedback, including via email, phone or text message.
